Once you’ve made your CE in Chase, you can see the rates and quantities if you look at the “Cost Sheet” – no need to do any maths here, Chase does it for you.
On the Cost Estimate you might have this:
3 units of 1 person for 9 hours a day for 4 days and 1 week – the “Cost Sheet (form)” report does the maths for you and shows this:
On your Campaign Brief in Promoforce, click on the "Shift Rates" tab:
As long as you are the AM/AD on the campaign, you can add/edit the shift rates by clicking on the "Add" button at the top of the list of shift types:
When you add your planned shifts on the campaign you’d enter this:
You can double check by looking at the Planned Budget, which shows the same cost as Chase.
