How do I create a Questionnaire?

Click on SKU/Questionnaires/Surveys in the Campaign Settings

Click on Questionnaires, Add in your Questionnaire name, select Add

1. Add in your Section

Select New, add in your Section Name, select Update

2. Add in your Question for your Section

Makes sure you have clicked on your Section before Adding your Questions. select New, type your Question, Choose your Question Type, tick Mandatory, tick Dashboard, select Update

* You can have a maximum of 18 questions that chart on the Dashboard

3. Add in your Answer Options for the Question

Select New, add in the Answer Option, Select Update

You can also use the Quick Add option, this allows you to add more than one answer option. Do this by selecting Quick Add, add in your options (Ensure that your curser is at the end of the last product, if you enter it will create a blank product), Select Add

Continue from Step 1 or 2. 

Please note, if you need to edit a Questionnaire after a Promoter has completed their Feedback you will need to log a ticket ([e-mail]), Add in your Campaign Name and we will unlock the Questionnaire for you.
