All Venues need to be loaded into Promoforce's Venue Database.
There are 2 ways to do this. We are going to start with:
Individually Loading Venues
1. Select Venues:
2. Select New, fill out all the information required and select Update
3. If you do not have the Latitude and Longitude, don't worry, you can now Geo-Locate your venue once you have selected Update.
Do this by selecting View, adding in the street address and selecting enter. You might need to move the Pin so that the GPS (Latitude and Longitude) co-ordinates are correct.
Select Save.
Importing your Venues, using Excel
1. Select Venues:
2. Select Venue Import, Click on the Excel Import download button, and open the Excel template once it has downloaded
3. Once you have opened the Excel you will see instructions for using this. Please follow the instructions to ensure you don't have any problems importing the excel file. It's very important to not change anything in the sheet, otherwise your Import will not load.
4. Now that you have added in your Venues, Save the File
5. You can now add the file:
5.1 You can drag and drop the file here
5.2 Or you can Select Browse, search for your File and select Open.
You can view the status of your import straight from this page, or look out for the Email on the status of your Import:
