These emails are sent every week on Monday at 8am, Wednesday at 5pm, and Thursday at 5pm.
Their purpose is to ensure that key points of the campaigns are being done on every campaign in the system, as well as to highlight the work being done in the week for the various teams.
The way the values are calculated are:

| Venues GeoLocated | What % of the venues have GPS coordinates |
| Promoters Rates | 'Yes' if every shift has a promoter rate set, if any single shift doesn't have a rate, this will be 'No' |
| Promoters with Pics | What % of the promoters associated with this campaign have pictures |
| Training Booked | Is any training scheduled? (Does not check that there are promoters invited to the training, just that it's scheduled) |
