- Open Promoforce
- Tap on "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address and tap on the "Reset" button:
- You'll see a confirmation that an email has been sent to you with a new password:
- Check your email for a message from Promoforce that looks like this:
If you don't have an email from the system after that
- Make sure you entered your email correctly
- Check in your Junk/Spam folder to be sure it's not there.
If you still can't find the email either contact your Execution Specialist or log a request with support@promoforce.com
