1. The Top Bar contains the global icons to access Home, Links, Searches, User, Settings, Admin, Help or Backend. Click on the icon to open that window or select from the dropdown menu to access a link or user function.
2. The Page Bar contains the page functions available for the content displayed which changes depending on what page content is displayed. See the relevant sections in the Training Manual for a description of available page functions per module.
3. The Side Bar contains the global icons to access all Venues, Clients, Suppliers, Resources, Supervision, Operations, Warehouse, Returns, Financials, Reporting modules.
4. The Hide/Show Bar will hide or show the Top Bar or Side Bar when clicked. To hide the Top Bar, click on the top hide/show bar, to show the Top Bar again click the hide/show bar again. To hide the Side Bar, click on the hide/show bar shown on the left, to show the Side Bar again click the hide/show bar again.
The image above shows all the icons available in the application, but the icons displayed per user will vary as per User rights in the system. At the time of writing this FAQ sheet the search functionality and operations icons are disabled as these are planned for future releases.
