Navigating to Clients
Click on Clients Icon to open the Client View
Searching for Clients
Once the Client View is Open Search for the Client (1)
Click inside the row for the relevant Client to open their details (2)
To edit a Brand click on the Save Icon (5)
Adding Brands
To Add a Brand click on the Brands Tab (1) and click on the Plus Icon (2)
Type the Brand Name in the Input Box (1)
Click on Select a File button to Upload the Clients Brand Image (2)
Click on Save to save the details (3)
To edit a brand select the Edit Icon anywhere in the Brands row (1). Edit the name or change the Brand image by uploading a different Brand image as per image above.
Adding Contacts
To add a Client Contact click on the Contacts Tab (1)
Click on the Plus Icon to add the Clients Details (2)
Fill in Clients First Name, Last Name as a Minimum include E-mail address and Mobile Number if required (3)
Click inside the Brands row to open up the Dropdown Menu and Select the relevant Brands for that Client Contact. Please Note that if the Client Contact does not Manage/or is not part of a particular Brands Team don't tick those Brands because this gives access to those Brands in Old PF. New PF has no Client Access as of Yet (4)
To edit a Brand click on the Save Icon (5)
To delete a Brand click on the Delete Icon (5)
