How do I create a Training Test for my Campaign?

To create a Campaign Training Test on Promoforce, follow these steps:

You cannot select the Dashboard option as this will not chart on the dashboard. 

1. Select Campaign of choice

2. Select Casting and Training in your Campaign Settings

3. Select the Tests option

4. It will prompt you to Create a new Test (if one hasn't been set up already), insert the name of your training test and select save

5. Start with your Sections, this would be: Questions on your Campaign Elements, Campaign rules etc...

Note: You are able to copy a Training Test from a previous campaign or select Quick Add to create all your sections at once. 

To individually create a new section Select New

Once you have typed out your section select Update

Your sections have now been created

6. Please note that you are only able to use the Drop Down and Radio Button options. You are required to set your Training Test up like a Multiple Choice Questionnaire

Let's start with your first section: Elements for Training, make sure you have Highlighted this section by clicking once on it. Go to Questions and select New. 

Add in your Question

Select your Question Type

Select Mandatory (So that they cannot skip the question)

Select update to add the question

7. Now go to your Options Section, make sure you have Highlighted your Question by clicking once on it in order to add your answer Options. 

Select the New option to create your first selection, if this is the correct option then select Correct Answer and update

You now have a Question with 2 Answer options, Yes being Marked as the correct answer
