How do I update my Personal Information?

Why is it important to update Personal Information?

This information is your main profile and contains relevant information for you to use the system and to be selected for work for example Clients often have requirements for example must have a vehicle and drivers license if the work type is for a sales rep or based on the locations demographics a specific demographic is required. Fill in all the information so that your information is searchable within the system when recruiters are looking for candidates.

To update Personal Information select Account Icon (1)

Select Profile (2)

Type in your First Name only in the First Name box. Do Not add your middle names! (3)

Type in your Surname only in the Last Name box. Do Not add your middle names! (4)

Type in your your Preferred Name in the Preferred Name box. This is the name you prefer we call when speaking to you. Please do not use your social media handles or nicknames which do not sound professional! (5)

Tap on the Gender Dropdown and Select your Gender (6)

Tap on the Race Dropdown and Select your Race (7)

Tap on the Religion Dropdown and Select your Religion (8)

Tap in the Mobile Number box and Type in your Cellphone/Mobile number (9)

Type in your Telephone Number in the Landline Number box - if you have one (10)

Type in your new Email address if you want to change the email address you registered with (11)

Tap on Country Dropdown and Select the Country you Live in (12)

Tap in the Nationality box and Type in your Nationality (13)

Select Identification Type from the Dropdown i.e. Passport or Identification Document (ID) and then Type in your Passport or ID Number (14). DO NOT use someone elses number even if they consent - that is Impersonation/Fraud. Rather leave it blank if you do know it or have not got a formal ID yet (14)

Type in your Date of Birth in the DDMMYYYY format or Select the Date from the Calendar. See How do I use the Calendar? to learn how to quickly access the right Day, Month and Year (15)

Tap on the Radio Button (circle) if you have a Drivers License and/or Vehicle if you do not have either leave it blank (16)

Tap on Save to Save all changes to your Profile (17)
